A true entrepreneur at heart, Joe Saad is the President and Founder of Merger Partners Inc. Joe's broad background in mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing coupled with his service to professional organizations has positioned him well to lead the firm.

He is founder and President of Merger Partners Inc., a firm that began in 1992 as a sell side M&A advisor. In 2000, the firm pivoted to the buy side and successfully performed acquisition searches for dozens of private equity firms nationally. And, in 2015, the firm pivoted again to create the first new process in M&A in decades with the creation of Sniper Process®, a better alternative to today's auction process.

Joe founded and published the Business Strategies Quarterly, a specialty business publication which had circulation to over 25,000 business owners.

During three years with the Kreller Consulting Group, a management consulting firm, Joe performed consulting and client generation in the Southwestern United States.  He was instrumental to the overall growth of the firm from seven to thirty employees upon his departure.

Prior, Joe served as Investment Analyst for Texas Pacific Capital Corporation, a private venture capital and merchant banking firm. Responsibilities included business plan screening, financial analysis, extensive due diligence investigation, and industry and competitive assessments.

Joe has a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University, and is past president of Young Entrepreneurs of Dallas. He thoroughly enjoys fishing, has competed in the World Series of Poker, and has loved photography since childhood.
